Zero Interest loans go to commercial properties within the historic district to make facade improvements and correct code deficiencies. Minimum loans are $2,500, maximum $15,000.

Design Challenge Program

The Design Challenge program offers a one-time payment, not a loan, to commercial properties within the historic district to invest into eligible facade improvement projects. Reimbursements with a maximum amount of $5,000 per property must be matched dollar for dollar by the applicant.
